Hopefully this week we will finally make the chicken chili, since it's been on the menu for 3-4 weeks and keeps getting pre-empted!
Recipes/pictures will be posted daily (assuming I keep up this week).
- Monday: Chicken chili & cornbread
- Tuesday: Pot roast (getting a little help from a package, mine never turns out that well so I thought I'd give it a try)
- Wednesday: Buffalo chicken pizza; celery sticks w/blue cheese dressing
- Thursday: Beef fried rice & crab rangoon
- Friday: Club sandwiches
- Saturday: Turkey pasta (some people would call this spaghetti w/meat sauce)
- Sunday: Breakfast burritos

Every day sounds so yummy. I love the crab ragoon! I never thought to eat it for dinner as an entree. I will now. And thanks for posting a link to this great recipe.
