Dinner Tonight: Asian Chicken Salad

See my previous post for details about this dinner.  There isn't really much to add to that, so this post will be short and sweet.  Tonight's version was delicious as usual.  There is a reason we keep making this over and over - it's yummy!  It's also pretty easy and quick to make, especially if there is leftover dressing from the last batch.  I'm even looking forward to having the leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
