Menu Plan Monday

Ok, I know it's Tuesday, but I didn't get the menu planned until last night.  Tomorrow is my birthday so I refuse to cook.  Also, there will be even more birthday dinners throughout the week since my mom can't make it to my regular birthday dinner and also we have one more freebie left to use.

• Monday: Dinner out since I didn't plan a menu
• Tuesday: Chimichangas (substituting pork for beef)
• Wednesday: Still deciding - it's narrowed down to Pierpont's, Lidia's or La Bodega
• Thursday: Dinner w/mom (thinking McCormick & Schmick's - mmm chocolate bag, see below)
• Friday: Sweet Tomatoes (last birthday freebie)
• Saturday: Pasta with shrimp and roasted red pepper sauce
• Sunday: Thai chicken (carry-over from last week)

The chocolate bag (you can't even see the white chocolate mousse filling but it is underneath all those berries)
